PROCESSING TIMES

Custom digital prints, greeting cards, and invitations:

• • It will take us 1 to 2 business days to personalise your design once all of the information has been received.
  • Once the design has been personalised you will receive an email with a proof of your design. This is when you can either approve the design or request changes.
  • Once we receive your approval or complete the requested changes the final design will be sent via email or Australia Post (depending on your purchase).
  • Only one proof is included in the purchase price, so please ensure that you choose correctly.
  • If you do not respond to the emailed proof or a request for completed details within 48 hours,  the design will be sent as is.

Editable invitations and instant downloads:

• • No processing time, instant access granted.
